Dr. Kane is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Credentialed Health Service Provider in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology .
Dr. Kane has 20+ years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Her therapy specialties include PTSD, anxiety disorders, high-conflict families, and services to the LGBTQ+ community. Dr. Kane is an EMDR-trained psychologist specializing in PTSD.
Dr. Kane also specializes in the treatment of women who are victims of all forms of abuse. She is an expert in treating infidelity trauma, and psychological and emotional abuse by partners with narcissistic behavior patterns.
Dr. Kane also provides psychological forensic work in Family and Criminal Law. She has completed evaluations and served as an expert witness in many cases.
Dr. Kane has served on boards for Safe at Home, Inc. Domestic Violence Prevention and Awareness, and Henry County Veterans' Court. She is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, The American Psychology Law Society, American Psychologists in Private Practice, the American Psychological Association, and the Indiana Psychological Association.
Courtney Cromas has worked as a therapist with Kane Counseling Services since 2016.
Courtney attended Ball State University where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology.
Courtney currently works with couples as well as individuals from High School age through end of life.
Her clinical interests include LGBTQIA+ care, self-esteem, depression, ADHD, interpersonal issues, PTSD, and adjustment to life change.
Courtney has worked with the LGBTQIA+ and transgender community at all stages of identity development. She provides ongoing treatment as well as evaluations for individuals seeking HRT.
Courtney is also experienced in treating PTSD and other trauma-related disorders and has been trained in EMDR.

Kelsie Strand, MSW, LCSW earned a Bachelors in Social Work with a minor in Family Science from Anderson University before going on to earn a Masters of Social Work from Western New Mexico Unviersity.
Kelsie is passionate about working with couples in any stage of their relationship journey as well as individuals from High School age to geriatric.
Areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, depression, issues with self-esteem and interpersonal relationships, adjustment to life transitions, and couples issues such as sexual intimacy, communication, recovering from infidelity, and more.

Megan is the Administrative Assistant for Kane Counseling and the Executive Assistant for Dr. Kane.
Megan is responsible for managing the practice, working with vendors, scheduling appointments, answering or researching billing questions, and other business related questions.
